I ordered the dress to custom size and it was too long, but had it altered. I thought the neckline looked a little low, so I ordered the bridal party bra in red (bra with attached lace cami look) and was not sure it would look good but matched perfectly. I also ordered a chiffon jacket to go with the dress in both red and black to wear to two different occasions. The dress has slightly sheer, small strip of fabric under the breast and has a slightly sheer back, but the red bra made me feel comfortable and looked wonderful.

My daughter wore this dress to Prom and it was simply Fabulous! The dress was packaged with care, true to size and sample picture was an accurate depiction. The color chart was perfect. She is a perfect size 8 so custom sizing wasn't needed. I couldn't have been more pleased :)

I really love this dress and really want to order it for my brothers wedding but I am a little concern about the length of the dress, I am just over five foot so often "knee length dresses" are quite long on me and can make me look frumpy so as a rule I only wear dresses either sitting on the knee or just below. What size dress would I have to order so that I don't so into frumpy territory??

I purchased this gown for my graduate voice recital, and was estatic with the results. I was afraid it wouldn't be long enough (as I'm 5'10") but the length was perfect. I used the measurements provided and it fit me as if it we'd used custom measurements. I also have to speak to the quality of the construction- nothing cheap or knockoff about it! I agree with the previous comment about the zipper- it took two people to zip me in and I had to sew in a hook and eye closure. I will be back to this website for future gown purchases!!

I live in Australia and I received the dress in about 4 weeks. I ordered an May size 10 (I am a size 10 normally) in royal blue. I was a bit nervous at first but read the great reviews and decided to give it a go! It fits like a glove…it is beautiful…very flattering! I am blonde with blue eyes so this colour is well suited for me. I was so impressed with the quality of the dress. I bought a dress last year for the work gala and it cost me 4 times the price and I would say the micwell dress is just as good. I have posted 2 photos. Thank you micwell I am very happy. Hi I bought this dress in red, it is a lovely dress well done and everything... but dont get i in red, it is not the same as the samples. Its more like bright x-mas red... im very dissapointed as i was supposed to have it as bridesmaid for my best friend.Money waisted, unless i wear it for x-mas!

As I live internationally I was please of how easy and quickly the ordering process was. I recieved the dress today and I am in awe of how beautiful this dress is. I got this in black and I think it looks so classy. The jewels in the bodice I think reduces the need for a lot of jewlery. However, I would TOTALLY recommend micwell and the quality of the dresses. Thank you!

I was really nervous about buying a Prom dress online and was expecting disappointment since I hadn't tried it on. The dress showed up in 2 weeks and it fit perfectly. I ordered this dress for my friend's wedding in the Plum color. It shipped on the exact day promised, and arrived at my house 3 days later with expedited shipping. The dress fit well and the color was just what I was expecting. If you are between sizes, make sure you go with the larger size if you have a bigger bust, since that part is pretty tight. I ordered this dress in scarlet red with custom measurements and it fit beautifully. It came in folded nicely all I had to do was hang it up and it was ready to wear. I am a 64 yr old grandmother (size 22) and wanted a stylish evening dress as I am booked on a cruise out of Venice in September 2011.
