Even standard size dresses are made to measure for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it's important to order carefully. If the dress you ordered is in perfect condition, but due to some personal reasons, you want to exchange it, please contact our customer service, but there might be some extra charges for that.

Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

Actually a friend of mine ordered this dress first, we spent about 3 days choosing among all these beautiful dresses that you have - and this dress was the one. She receieved it and was very satisfied. I've decided to order this dress also but in different color, the ordering was simple and what I love the most there was an ability to state your own measurements and that was tremendous as I always have trouble with sizing. Payment via paypal is a great plus. Later on I had realized that I states the hollow to hem measurement wrond - without heels and wrote a note to the customer service and it was answered within couple of hours. I do a lot of shopping via the internet and I should say that your customer service is one of the best I've ever seen. I got the dress yesterday, tried it on and was flattered - perfect fit, nice tailoring, all beading is done the right way and а very good quality material, I was feeleing like a red carpet star. Thank you soooo much for all my positive experience that i had. Pictures to come soon.

I loved this dress a lot.. My mom had to talk to them on here. It came in 3 days before prom day. It was worth the wait. The dress was amazing. I was in shock when I recieved it. Make sure you measure yourself right! It will come in perfect. If your going for prom have it to where you can see your shoes alittle bit. So about 52. If wedding 56 (hollow to the floor). I too have ordered this dress for the Marine Corps Ball coming up. It is absolutely perfect! I was so happy and impressed with how beautiful it was. I payed a little extra to have it done to my measurements and it was well worth it! It was exactly what I ordered, and it came in a timely manner. Before I bought this dress, I had purchased a dress that was one size too big from Macy's and that particular style didn't come in the size smaller that I needed. I thought that maybe I could just go get it altered to fit me but after getting a couple quotes on how much it would be to just alter the dress, it was going to cost more than the dress itself! So of course I took it back. Then I found micwell. It was something new, so I was really hesitant and nervous. The prices were great and I read lots of other's reviews and the policy. I ordered this dress and was able to pay just a little extra to have it custom made to my measurements. When I got my dress I was so impressed with how it fit exactly to my body. I am short and small so it is hard to find dresses to fit me. I thought it was amazing that all these places that do alterations were going to charge and arm and a leg to do it, and here I got the exact dress I wanted with my exact measurements. I will forever shop at micwell! Thank You all so much! Oh, and not to mention that they took in consideration the date of my ball to insure that I had my dress in time. Regarding to your measurements, I would suggest choosing custom size and fill in your size to make sure the dress fits you better! To fit high heels, we’ll add an extra 2 inches (about 5 cm) automatically onto floor-length dresses and dresses with trains for both custom size and standard size.

I ordered this dress in white and had it shortened to mid-calf. It fit perfectly, the presentation it arrived in was beautiful for keepsakes forever! The seems were well put together, the built in bra (and it was real, not just a shelf bra) was such a wonderful surprise. Just perfect. And it came in such a timely manner!

I just received this dress in the post today for my daughter's School Formal in Australia.I ordered the dress on the 24th of July, It was shipped on the 08th of August. Victoria, my daughter ordered it in the colour shown, champagne, in a size S. The dress is as stunning as the photo. Victoria is 5'8" tall, and the dress looks as if it was made for her. The quality of the beading, and the fabric is exceptional. I admit I was skeptical about ordering online, but I will definitely use micwell again. Both dresses are gorgeous (I have twins and I will post a review for the other dress as well), and the sizing is perfect. My girls will look beautiful on their special night. Thank you!

I ordered this nice & early for my Son's wedding, but when it arrived, I found the sizing was different than our normal U.S. sizing. I sent an email to micwell and they had me return the dress & completely re-made it for me in plenty of time for the wedding. I've had a lot of dresses for many different occasions and by far, this is the most stunning dress I have ever ordered/bought. I wore it for my formal and I got SO many compliments on it, that little words from many nice strangers made my sad face, brighter. I went to take pictures and about 20 people commented about it, at formal, allll my friends said it was GORGEOUS, and at the after party, more people gave me complements. Some parents even wanted to buy it from me but I'm not going too.
It's an amazing dress, fits perfectly to the size you order. If you don't get it custom fitted, the bust will probably not fit that good. From my experience. I got a size 4, it was a bit bigger because i wear a size 2, so I would get your true size. It also came RIGHT on time, like they said it would. ADORE THIS DRESS, and I will defiantly order from this site again. Just becareful, your jewelry could scratch the fabric if its has sharp edges. Thanks you micwell!
